Inspection Behind
Every Bearing
Without exception, each of the over three million bearings manufactured every month undergoes exhaustive quality checks:
- Raw materials are tested.
- Advanced machinery ensures compliance with DIN standards during assembly.
- Bearings are inspected post-production at our in-house ISO 9001:2015 certified quality control centre.
The ZEN Quality
Control Centre
Our Quality Control Centre covers over 5,000 square meters, featuring state-of-the-art testing equipment and a dedicated team of highly qualified inspectors who work daily to ensure compliance with DIN standards.
All our facilities and testing equipment are certified with the ISO 9001:2015, and all our testing procedures and tolerances are set to DIN standards. Both are certified by the globally recognised TÜV Rheinland.
The ISO 900:2015 proves our quality control system's accuracy, preciseness, and reliability. Also, it is a global benchmark that guarantees a total focus on customer service and continual improvement.
How Does ZEN Bearing's DIN Standards
Compliance Benefit You?
1.Quality Assurance: DIN standards impose stringent requirements on bearing design, materials, dimensions, and performance, ensuring the bearings you receive are consistently reliable.
2.Compatibility Benefits: These standards establish precise dimensions and tolerances, guaranteeing compatibility with related components like shafts, housings, and mounting arrangements. This compatibility is crucial for optimal bearing performance and longevity, ultimately benefiting you.
3.Safety and Reliability Assurance: Adhering to DIN standards produces safe and dependable bearings capable of withstanding specified loads and conditions. This adherence reduces the risk of failures and accidents, providing durability and reliability for your peace of mind.
We not only say we are high quality, but we can also prove it.
Thanks to the unique code placed in each of our boxes, our products are fully traceable, allowing you to check the complete production and testing history of every bearing. So you can have full confidence that each bearing has undergone rigorous testing and meets the highest quality standards, significantly reducing the risk of product failure.
ZEN Bearings Testing Procedures
Visual inspection
The visual inspection is the start of our quality control checks. A trained eye can quickly determine any discrepancies or visible faults in the material or assembly.
Radial Clearance Tolerance Testing
The radial clearance is essential to the operation of the bearing. Our machines are regularly calibrated to ensure the tolerances adhere to DIN standards certified by the German TUV.
Inner and Outer Tolerance Testing
The inner and outer tolerance test measures the precise dimensions of the bearing. Again, our strict tolerances are set according to the DIN standards.
Noise Testing
Highly sensitive microphones measure and identify audible peaks of a rotating bearing. These peaks can indicate faults in the raceways or possible grease pollution.
Vibration Testing
Using high, medium and low range frequencies, the vibration test can identify a range of bearing defects, such as imbalance, play and misalignment.
Rockwell Testing
The Rockwell test determines the hardness of the material by measuring the depth of penetration of an indenter under load.
